As a product designer graduate, I believe that any product can inspire footwear.
This is a short exploration to find unique silhouette and touch to footwear

When paper clip is bent, it becomes a slipper like shape.
I knew the potential and explored for a right type of inspiration and footwear

This gives the perfect balance to the paper clip frame

COMBINATIOIN OF PAPER CLIP AND HISTORY

Once you look outside of the box of paper clip, that small product can collaborate with a beautiful furniture

PAPER CLIP FRAME

The top view doesn't lose it's identity while keeping every identity of a sandel

BENT PAPER CLIP

The bent that allows the paper clip to alter it's shape was crucial for this process

SOLE INSIDE THE LEATHER

To keep the structure like a Wassily's chair yet have support,
sole was added inside the leather while outsole is outside of the leather
